Some of these Adam Lambert fans are just awful. They are so bad and probably the worst in American Idol history. Adam does not deserve these fans at all. The problem of these pestering and pushy fans must have gotten so big for Adam to tell them off (in his own nice way of course). Can you believe that? I’m not making this up. You can check Adam’s twitter to verify that he wrote this. I don’t think his account has been hacked.
These fans just have to stop because they are ruining Adam’s career before it has fully blossomed. Apparently, this is not the first time rabid Adam fans have pissed off a radio station. A few weeks ago, Adam wrote a similar tweet. In fact, during the Summer, Adam himself told off his fans that “entitlement is not sexy.”
Fans bothering a radio station to the point that they won’t play Adam Lambert’s music? What kind of fans are those? So awful and disgusting. And with my own experience of being harassed on Twitter, they are foul-mouthed.
I am glad that Adam himself has spoken out against these fans because they have been running amok for months now. Do they really go from website to website leaving random comments about Adam Lambert? Do they really browse in packs?

Notice that Adam Lambert used the word pestered and pushy. I’m not making this up. You can check Adam’s twitter to verify that he wrote this. I don’t think his account has been hacked.
Again, another major blunder from Adam Lambert. He shouldn’t be calling out his fans like this. I think it’s a slap in the face to be called “pestering” or “pushy” – specially for the fans who have given more than 200% of their support for Adam since the beginning and until now. They are only showing their support for him — and now he wants the fans to stop? Why make radio requests in the first place?
I think it is very uncool for Adam Lambert to blame his fans for his songs not being played on a radio station in Canada. If a radio station doesn’t want to play “Whataya Want From Me” — FOR WHATEVER REASON — that is the radio station’s decision. But don’t tell us that the reason is because of his fans. What if the radio station thinks the songs suck and they just don’t want to play them to keep the integrity of their programming? That is not the fans’ fault who only want the best for Adam. He’s the one putting out the music for radio stations to play, not us.
This reminds me of the “entitlement is not sexy” tweet a few months back.

CBS Bans Another Super Bowl Commercial 37
Adam Lambert has truly changed the world. Now nothing remotely “gay” can ever be aired on TV. We worked so hard all these decades to bring tolerance in our society. And now one high-profile blunder in November has spooked the networks.
CBS has deemed this commercial from GoDaddy.com as “offensive”. The subject matter: a former football player changes his name to Lola and becomes a fashion designer. That’s offensive?
C’mon new gay activists! We need to do something!

CBS Rejects Gay Super Bowl Ad 18
Okay new gay advocates! It is time to mobilize. Remember how ABC censored Adam Lambert because of his “gay kiss”? Well, CBS just rejected an ad by ManCrunch.com for the Super Bowl because it’s a gay dating site. And yet, CBS has approved an ad by anti-choice group Focus on the Family. Oh the double standard!

Kris Allen is not going to Haiti this week. From @krisallen:

Hmmm, March is like a month away. Maybe his team should have made sure his schedule was clear before they made an announcement?
Also, I really think if he wanted to go, he should just go, and not make a fuss about it. I mean the idea that he would need to fit a humanitarian trip according to his schedule doesn’t sound right to me. It’s like saying: “Hey Haiti people, I’m going to help you but you will have to wait for one more month because I am going to do things that are more important.”
My take: Kris Allen really wants to go, but management told him he cannot because of prior commitments or some other reason that we are not supposed to know. Moral of the story: Don’t announce anything until you are ready to do it.

Very smart of Adam to cover the right side of his face with his hair. He’s also favoring the left side of his face more when he poses which is what he should always be doing. He’s finally learning which parts of his face looks flattering on the camera. I don’t know if you guys have noticed but there have just been too many bad pictures of Adam Lambert lately when he goes out in these public events. So let’s hope he sticks to this style from now on — at least on the red carpet when cameras are coming at you from all angles. Good job!

Adam Lambert – Whataya Want From Me – Official Music Video 97
Adam Lambert premiered his new music video for “Whataya Want From Me” today.
Some thoughts:
I liked this. Unfortunately, there is nothing ground-breaking about it — which is what I thought Adam wanted to do for his career. Didn’t he want to “push the envelope”? Instead, this video is very safe, partially because the song is unexceptional. It did show some of Adam’s acting chops and the soft focus helped smoothen out his face. The last scene is *le sigh*.
I think he needs a new single ASAP. Just how much longer are they going to promote this song? I want the fast beats of “For Your Entertainment”, “Music Again”, “If I Had You” and “Surefire Winners”.
This is Adam’s third music video since the tour ended. Are these videos really that cheap to produce?

The post-holiday sales have not been good to some of our American Idol favorites, not named Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson or Chris Daughtry.
Katharine McPhee debuts at #27 selling 15,000 copies of her sophomore album “Unbroken”.
Adam Lambert’s “For Your Entertainment” sold 11,000 copies (down 35%). Can he reach 1 million copies? The publicity ride of controversy may have run it’s course.
Kris Allen’s debut album sold 5,000 copies (down 37%). Can he reach 500,000 copies? “Live Like We’re Dying” went gold, but it is not helping sell the album in droves.
Allison Iraheta’s “Just Like You” sold 2,000 copies (down 28%). Can she reach 150,000 copies? There is like no buzz on Allison at all.
